The Evolabel BlowVac applicator allow contact free and safe labeling.
It can handle lable sizes up to 150×100 mm (6″x4″) for the T63 printer, or up to 118×100 mm (4 3/4″x4″) with the D43 / T43 printer.
The patented applicator plate with integrated vacuum injectors and blow nozzle, allow high accuracy label apply of distances up to 200 mm.
The Evolabel Wipe G2 applicator efficiently applies two labels on adjacent sides or at various positions on a box, including corner wraps. Its unique tactile arm detects products and obstacles, ensuring safe and reliable operation. This allows for fast and precise labeling, even on lightweight items.
The Evolabel Wipe90 G2 applicator enables fast, accurate, and safe labeling on one or two sides of a box. Its unique tactile arm detects products and obstacles, enhancing safety and reliability. It’s ideal for automated industries and logistics, offering efficient labeling even on light products. The system’s 90-degree rotation allows high-speed application of wide and short labels, with sizes ranging from 30 x 20 mm to 178 x 150 mm, and features a pre-apply function for precise label positioning.
The Evolabel FlexWipe pallet labeling system enhances safety, throughput, traceability, and flexibility. Its unique tactile arm and pivotable mount reduce crushing hazards; if an obstacle is detected, the stepper motor arm stops and triggers an alarm. This design often eliminates the need for costly guarding, saving money and freeing up floor space while providing quick access for operators. Label rolls can be replaced in 20 seconds, and the print head or roller in one minute.
For very precise label positioning the Evolabel Tamp Applicator does the job, from above or from the side. Label size can be as small as 30×20 mm up to 118×200 for the 4” printer and up to 178×200 for the 6″ printer.
With several independent and integrated vacuum ejectors, the patented applicator plate allow different size labels, gives safe label apply and minimised air consumption. Its low weight makes it fast – up to 120 labels per minute.
